Promo Tech Solutions will make every effort to meet deadlines; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by client inaction, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Promo Tech Solutions.
5. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property created by Promo Tech Solutions remains the property of Promo Tech Solutions until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose.
- Promo Tech Solutions retains the right to display work in portfolios or marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement is signed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the engagement private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
7. Liability
Promo Tech Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Amendments
Promo Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
